FoodCloud

FORUM Connemara works in partnership with FoodCloud (Galway hub) and the dept social protection (FEAD) project to deliver food to people experiencing disadvantage.

FORUM FoodCloud Programme

FORUM Connemara operates a food-cloud service where we organise food parcels for people experiencing financial difficulty.

So how does FoodCloud work?

A list of goods available each week are sent to customers who then order their products, with a small charge on some items to cover delivery costs. People can collect their parcels in Ellis Hall, Letterfrack every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 1pm. Some deliveries are made in the Renvyle peninsula and Clifden town.

Most non-perishable goods are free of charge e.g. cereals, tea, coffee, sugar, tinned foods and soups. Other foods available weekly may incur a minimal charge.

Please contact Louise/Nina/Marie Tuesday or Thursday 10am-1pm or call in to us at Ellis Hall, Letterfrack for more information and a full listing of stock available and prices.
